Event Description
Area teens are invited to a free demo class with Christy Brock Miele at ChildLight Yoga studio in Dover. Preregistration is required.
Christy Brock Miele, co-author of Yoga 4 Teens: An Instructor’s Guide to Teaching Yoga to Teenagers and founder of YogaMinded.com, will lead this demo class as a part of a weekend training for yoga teachers, parents, and yoga practitioners to teach adults how to engage and connect with young people.
ChildLight Yoga provides evidence-based yoga education to children in schools and communities, and to professionals whose work supports the well-being of children.
