Event Description
On Saturday January 14th from Noon until 3 PM, the Squam Lakes Association (SLA) will host its annual Winterfest. This celebration of winter is full of free family fun, and will take place at the SLA Resource Center located on Route 3 in Holderness, warm weather or cold! Sample chili from many area restaurants and vote for your favorite in our Chili Contest! Roast marshmallows and sip complimentary hot chocolate around the bonfire near the waterfront. Potential winter activities include pond hockey, oval skating, nordic skate demos, snowshoe demos, sledding, groomed cross-country skiing, and winter mini-golf (all weather and ice-dependant).
