Wooden Top Making Demo at SEE

Experience how the Homestead Woodworking School makes perfect circles with a lathe.  Alan Mitchell, the schools founder and director, will demonstrate how to make spinning tops.  Visitors may even score a souvenir.   

This is the first in a series of summer events held in conjunction with the Secrets of Circles traveling exhibit which is on display at the SEE Science Center through September 9^th 2012.  There is no additional cost for this event or the Circles exhibit above regular admission to SEE.
