One Sky Community Services is one of New Hampshire’s ten “area agencies” that coordinate supports and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders and their families. One Sky is a private, non-profit corporation designated as the area agency for Region VIII, northern Rockingham County. From our offices in Portsmouth, we provide intake, eligibility determination and an array of service choices. The choices include services provided directly by One Sky to children over age 3, soon-to-be high school graduates, and families whose relatives have disabilities and adults. In addition, 17 highly-regarded provider agencies contract with One Sky to offer whole life, day and residential services for adults and early supports and services for children up to age 3.
