Hampton Beach Master Sand Sculpting competition showcasing new talent in 2013
The Hampton Beach Master Sand Sculpting Competition in Hampton Beach will be showcasing some new talent this year, including the current U.S. National Snow Sculpting Champion, David Andrews.
