State-of-the are climbing facility opens this month

Evolution Rock + Fitness, the largest climbing and fitness facility in Northern New England is opening this month. With 16,000 square feet of climbing surface, there is something for everyone at all levels of ability: beginner, intermediate, advanced lead climbing, speed climbing and bouldering. Group classes will be offered and will include:

• Introductory belay class
• Intermediate movement
• Advanced lead climbing and techniques
• Youth Club
• Climbing teams
• Adult training
• Groups and parties
• Overnights

Evolution Rock + Fitness will also offer yoga, Pilates, group fitness, cross training for climbing and personal training. The facility is expected to open the week after Thanksgiving.
